Shipping and Returns Policy


We assume that you’ll like what you ordered as we hope so! However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied, we have made the return process very easy.


How & When we package and ship your order ?

We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification.
Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.
Packages are delivered Monday through Friday 8AM to 8PM for residential address deliveries and 8AM to 5PM for commercial business address deliveries.

Transport times: delivery times may vary in the event of force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.)

How we treat your order ?

Orders received from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays, are processed the same day if they are placed before 11 a.m. or the next working day if they are placed after 11 a.m. Orders received on Saturday and / or Sunday are processed the following Monday.
If your package is not noted as shipped within 48 hours, please contact us so that we can unblock the order (a shortage of stock may be the concern, in which case we cannot ship the package partially without the customer’s consent) .
For orders paid by bank transfer, we validate and start the preparation only upon receipt of payment. Orders remain pending for 15 days.

How do I track the status of my order ?

After validation of the order. You receive the following information by e-mail:

You will receive a parcel tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and shipped. You can check its status with our carrier.

What delivery options are available ?

You can have your order delivered to your home or to a relay point. After confirming your order, you choose where you want to receive it.

To ensure safer deliverability , We work with some of the best delivery companies  as DHL and CHRONOPOST.

It is (currently) not possible to choose who will deliver your order, but of course we guarantee that it will be delivered as planned.

If an ordered product is not in stock, we will refund the product and ship the rest of your order.

Do I have to pay shipping costs ?

We want to make ordering from our platform as pleasant as possible.
Orders over 65$ benefit from free shipping when you are logged in to your account.
Shipping costs apply for orders under 65$ .

I have validated my order, can I still modify it ?

Can you deliver my order to another country ?

Yes, we can deliver your order to the address mentioned in your delivery address, you can also leave a comment when confirming your order.

Will MYRITUAL refund me ?

Despite our strict quality controls, for reasons beyond our control, you may receive an unwanted item, with a factory defect, or in poor condition. MYRITUAL is responsible for this under the conditions established in consumer protection legislation.

According to this regulation, the products are guaranteed for two years from the date of delivery. The consumer must inform the lack of conformity within 15 days of becoming aware of it.

MYRITUAL is not responsible for the negligent or improper use of the purchased product.

How do I return my products ?

You can register the return of your items through our Form, you will then receive an email containing the necessary information and the return label.
After you receive information on the delivery service will take care of the return of your order.

How soon will I receive my refund after a return ?
